Registration & Payment Deadlines
Early registration...............................................................................................Nov. 30, 2009

Payment is due at the time of registration. Absolutely no exceptions.
Priority for Registration
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hattiesburg American reserves the right to accept vendors based on its sole discretion.
Policies & Procedures
Official policies and procedures for vendors will be sent to the vendors after they have registered and paid for their booth space.
Vendor Passes
Vendor passes will be available at your booth the day of the show. Please indicate on the registration form how many passes will be needed (up to 6 will be provided). These are vital for coming and going out of the Lake Terrace Convention Center.
Fashion Show
Each bridal apparel store will be allotted up to 6 outfits.
Due to time constraints, we cannot allow changes. Pairs of two will go out on stage only, unless you have a flower girl or ring bearer. Then you will be allowed three. There will be no long descriptions of the models’ clothing.
You will be provided a form to fill out and return by a certain date with your selections and order of appearance. Changes on the day of the show will not be accepted.
Each vendor is responsible for providing its own models.
Terms & Conditions
Each vendor accepts responsibility for participating in the 2010 American Bridal Show under its own will. The Hattiesburg American and the Lake Terrace Convention Center are not responsible for your organization at the bridal show.

All promotion for the bridal show will be referred to hubbrides.com. Now is an excellent time if you are interested in on-line advertising to purchase a banner. We are again offering six-month packages. We can link to your website or link to a splash page that promotes your products. We can even build your splash page! Please see the registration form for more information.
